They sent out a technician within the hour. The technician explained what he found when he arrived and gave us a price before he started the work. He took care of the issue right away, took a video of the sewer issue, he gave us a quote to fix the bigger problem and they started right away on getting the bigger issue fixed. With in a couple of hours they were able to descale our cast iron pipes and get them smooth again This has been an ongoing issue.
